Exchange & Return Policy

What is your return policy?
We're happy to accept returns of unused items in their original condition (unwashed, undamaged, with tags attached) within 7  days of delivery. 

Refunds, if opted for, shall be processed within 7 days from the date the order is received by you. Refunds shall be processed to the original mode of payment used at the time of purchase. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund shall be made to your designated bank account only upon submission of valid account details.

AT HOME COLLECTION

You can request an at-home pick-up for your returns and exchanges by writing to care@lilliputworld.com or calling/contacting our customer care at WhatsApp at +91 93119 32205  from Monday to Saturday, between 9:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. (IST). We’ll look into the issue and get back to you within 48 working hours. 

Any additional shipping charges or gift wrap packaging, if paid, will be deducted from your credit note amount.

Any complaint that is reported after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.

Please note that sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

We endeavour to ensure that all children’s apparels are “pH balanced,” “Azo-free,” and “Formaldehyde-free” and are produced in compliance with applicable textile safety and quality standards.

“pH balanced” refers to fabrics processed to maintain a skin-friendly pH level suitable for children’s delicate skin. “Azo-free” signifies that, to the best of our knowledge and based on supplier certifications and internal quality checks, no Azo dyes capable of releasing carcinogenic aromatic amines, as restricted under applicable regulations (including BIS, REACH, and other relevant standards), have been intentionally used. “Formaldehyde-free” indicates that no formaldehyde or formaldehyde-based resins are intentionally added during the finishing or processing stages of production.

While we strive to uphold the highest levels of product safety and regulatory compliance, it does not provide any medical, dermatological, or allergen-free warranty, express or implied. As skin sensitivities may vary, parents or guardians are advised to discontinue use in case of any irritation or discomfort. Accordingly, we do not offer any return, refund, or exchange on account of individual skin reactions, sensitivities, or allergies, as the case may be.

How do I start a return?
The quickest way to initiate a return/exchange is to call or WhatsApp us at  +91 93119 32205, or write to us at care@littlewodskids.com with your order ID and reason for return. We’ll take care of the rest!


Can I make an exchange?
We only offer exchanges pertaining only to the size and colour of the product. However, the style of the said product should remain the same  and the request for exchange has been made within 7 days from the receipt of the original order.In case your required size is not available, a credit note for the amount spent will be issued to you.

How do I return or exchange a gift?
In order to initiate a return or an exchange, we require the email ID that was used to make the purchase as well as the order number. If the gift is returned, then we issue a gift card to avoid reaching out to the original buyer.

When can I expect my credit note?
For all accepted returns, we will issue a credit note immediately after we receive the product from your end which is valid online and in our stores for a year, or exchange for another available size.

What is the return and exchange policy for sale items?
Any items purchased during the sale are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. Return will be processed only if:

It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession;
The product is not different from what was shipped to you;
The product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, and all the accessories therein).
Unless you received them in a poor/broken/damaged condition, we will send you a replacement of the same product. In the event of non availability of the product, we will issue you a credit note/refund.

What if I receive a damaged product?
Please do not accept a delivery if the packaging is not properly sealed or is damaged.
For order issues such as damaged or defective products, please contact us at care@littlewoodskids.com within 48 hours of receiving the products, along with product images.

What if I receive the wrong product?
In case a wrong product is delivered, you can whatsapp us at +91 93119 32205 or email us at care@lilliputworld.com along with the product images and the order number within 48 hours of receiving the products, along with product images

What if a product is missing from my order?
In case a product or products are missing from your order, you can call or whatsapp us at +91 93119 32205, or email us at care@lilliputworld.com  within 48 hours of receiving the products and we’ll get back to you within 24 hours.
